You will need the following details from iTT Connect to setup your E-Mail account:

Your email address ( you@your-domain-name.co.za )
Incoming (POP) server: pop.your-domain-name.co.za
Outgoing (SMTP) server: provided by your connection provider
Account / User Name: you@your-domain-name.co.za
